For the Xiamen Olympic Sports Center on China’s southeast coast, JURUN supplied 1,120 tons of Ø711 × 40 mm heavy-wall structural pipe for the stadium’s main girder structure. The product was jointly developed with the design institute and the project owner, referencing S420MC, ASTM A618 Gr.3, Q420, EN 10210-2, EN 10216-3, and GB/T 8162. After multiple heat-treatment cycles it achieved outstanding mechanical performance — an average surface impact toughness of 80 J and inner-wall impact toughness of 72 J, 460 MPa yield strength, 569 MPa tensile strength, and 27% elongation — earning high recognition from the project team.
