What we supplied
Americas Thermal Power Plant
Central / North America · November 2024 – June 2025

For a thermal power plant in Central/North America, JURUN supplied the boiler core piping and main steam line over an eight-month program (November 2024 – June 2025). Phase 1 delivered approximately 3,300 tons against a total contract of 12,500 tons, covering creep-resistant alloy steel grades T1, T1a, T2, T12, T22, T91, A210A1, and 14MoV63, certified to ASTM A209, ASTM A210A1, ASTM A213/A213M, SA-355/SA-213M, and EN 10216-2. The scope ranged from small superheater and reheater tubes (from 25 mm OD) up to heavy headers and main steam pipe (up to 377 mm OD), each lot fully traceable by heat number. Every shipment passed JURUN’s inspection plan: exterior anti-oxidation paint, identification cards and protective plugs on both pipe ends, bundles kept under 3 tons with at least six straps and plastic wrapping, plus controlled raw material, production, laboratory testing, and sample retention.
